OpenAI Toolkit - Lite

'OpenAI Toolkit - Lite' allows you to use OpenAI services on runtime for your Unity projects and implement the power of the generative AI into your products. You can chat with various ChatGPT models and show the chat history on the UI. You can also create images with Dall-E and show them on different types of UI objects. Sample scenes cover your basic needs, no coding needed at all!

• Can I mandate a specific behaviour to the AI chat with the system prompts? Yes you can!
• Can I pick any available model I want for the chat and the image generation? Yes you can!
• Can I easily change the API key that I use? Yes you can!
• Can I do all of the above even if I don't know how to code? Yes you can!

As the OpenAI Toolkit Lite covers your basic needs to enhance your product with the generative AI, the full release is planned to allow you to modify the AI behaviour in all the ways that OpenAI API allows. Please stay tuned for the full release!

Technical Details:

• You can use all of the model provided by the OpenAI API for the chat and images endpoints as for November 2024.
• You can provide a system prompt to modify the behaviour of the chat model.
• You can receive the created images in Base64 or blob url formats.
• You can show the images on your scene in both sprite and texture 2d formats.
• UI is kept simple since it's out of the scope of this package's purpose.
• This package supports Unity version from 2020.1.0f1 to 2022.3.34f1.
• This package supports Windows (x64), WebGL and Android builds.
• IMPORTANT: This package does NOT provide you an API key. You still need to purchase one from the OpenAI platform to make use of this package.
